Stage 2 Initiate

This may typically occur through workshops/ meetings as well as through direct individual meetings with key stakeholders and leaders across the organisation on a formal and informal basis.

The key objective of the Initiate is to commence the planning process incorporating the learnings and insights from discovery and the priorities established as a result.

A key outcome of the Initiate stage is to conduct a stakeholder health check before locking in the programs of change the organisation has designed and is intending to embark on
